京都の京丹波町を拠点に国内外で活動する和楽器デュオ「音ノ羽」。
ベルギーの和太鼓グループ Feniks TaikoとAraumi Taikoの皆さまからの熱い要望に応え、2023年5月に「和太鼓ブートキャンプ in 京丹波町」を開催。ヨーロッパから京丹波へ総勢25名の方々にお越し頂き、和太鼓のワークショップを中心に、三味線や篠笛、箏、鳴り物などの和楽器体験、ホームステイや地元の小学校での交流授業、和食体験教室やバチ作りワークショップなど充実した10日間を過ごしました。

最終日には「地球音楽祭 in 森の京都」でその成果発表を行い、国内外から多くの方々にご来場いただき、大盛況のうちに幕を閉じました。

たくさんの友人や家族、そして何より地元の方々に助けてもらいながら走り出したこのプロジェクト。
この小さな美しい町と世界をつなぐ架け橋に。
そんな思いで始まったこのブートキャンプが、地域創生と、和の魅力を世界へ発信する一助になれることを目指して。

The first taiko bootcamp in Kyotambacho, the village in Kyoto region where Tentekomai Japan is based, took place in May 2023.
This bootcamp was organized exclusively for the Belgium taiko teams Feniks Taiko and Araumi Daiko, both directed by Grete Moortgat. 

All participants not only enjoyed playing taiko every day, they also discovered other musical instruments, learned about the Japanese culture and experienced the beauty of the Japanese countryside.
